CLUB POSITIONS
Executive Council
The executive council is made up of founding members of the organization. The Council has no positions that are voted in, and this council shall remain in force until said members choose to step down from these positions. It is up to the council if they so wish to add members, but no voted on member shall replace founding members. Decisions finalized by executive council will be granted on a majority rule basis, and will be discussed in detail with the active club members. All members of the executive council shall remain active members. Any financial transaction that includes depositing or removal of funds from treasury will be done solely by one or two designated members from the executive council.
Crypt Keeper
The role of the crypt keeper is to archive all meetings and agendas in digital format, to be preserved for future viewing and presentation. The position requires computer knowledge and ability to retain information both mentally and manually in a fast paced environment. The individual in this position will be nominated by an active member, and must be voted on by majority of active members. This positions term runs for one year, and can only be terminated for failure to remain active, or majority vote of no confidence by active members. If any active member feels that said position should be changed, they will announce at monthly meeting. This vote can only occur during monthly meetings, and Executive Council must be made aware before it is recognized within a meeting.
Treasurer
The role of the treasurer is to maintain detailed and updated records of club finances. The treasurer will give monthly reports on balances, transactions, profit and loss from the previous month. The Treasure will work closely with the Executive Counsel in maintaining appropriate financial statements at all times. The treasurer is responsible for collecting monthly dues, and maintaining accurate records of dues, including distribution of receipts for each deposit made. The treasurer will also maintain records of monthly statements, deposit slips, and transaction receipts. This positions term runs for one year, and can only be terminated for failure to remain active, or majority vote of no confidence by active members. This vote can only occur during monthly meetings, and Executive Council must be made aware before it is recognized within a meeting.
Road General(S)
The role of the road general is to coordinate and maintain the legion when riding in formation. It is the responsibility of the Road General to ascertain and act upon potential opportunities and detrimental issues. This positions term runs for one year and can only be terminated for failure to remain active, or majority vote of no confidence by active members. This vote can only occur during monthly meetings, and Executive Council must be made aware before it is recognized within a meeting. Majority of active members must agree in order to remove member from this position.
PR Director
The role of the PR Director is to establish and maintain positive relationships in the community and among our fellow motorcycle clubs. The Director will aid in updating information on club website, respond to outside correspondence and prospective inquiries. PR Director will track and update members on outside events. Director will eventually establish team leaders, and will coordinate information sharing through said network of leaders. PR Director will find and coordinate charity and monetary events for the club, as well as create networking relationships will local and national club entities. This positions term runs for one year, and can only be terminated for failure to remain active, or majority vote of no confidence by active members. This vote can only occur during monthly meetings, and Executive Council must be made aware before it is recognized within a meeting.
